- Manage the overall financial, accounting and reporting.
- Maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, and must be familiar with Indonesia Financial Reporting Standards.
- Sound knowledge in cash management, accounts payable accounts receivable and credit control.
- Familiar with the all statutory requirements in Indonesia such as Pph, Ppn and so on as of which applicable.
- Prepare the annual budget in consultation with the CFO, Operational Director and the Board.
- Manage, sourcing and monitoring procurement and maintaining/monitoring/controlling stock inventory.
Requirements:
- Possess at least Degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA or ACCA certification or its equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in Plantation industry.
- Familiar with the Indonesian statutory requirements.
- Well versed in ERP working environment.
- Analytical and performance driven.
- Must have hands on and proactive attitude in your past roles.
- Proven leadership skill in managing and growing a team is a MUST. Very strong interpersonal skill is required to manage the work-stream across departments and operate in a matrix organization.
- Ability to work on own initiative, accurately to tight deadlines and to prioritize between conflicting demands.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) particularly in English and Indonesian.
- To be based in Indonesia.
