Descriptions:
- To perform controlling, reporting, finance and accounting activities & support for the Asia Pacific region.
- To perform close and control activities and contribute to the reporting of financial results for the entities.
- To review the income, reconciliations, balance sheet, cash flow and accounting papers.
- To perform variance analysis for balance sheet, operating expenses, margins and profitability.
- To review and involve in the processing of Opex provision, accruals, standard journals and others.
- To ensure that all aspects of the inventory & profit transfer release are well managed and P&L reporting is accurate.
- To assist with certain aspects of the financial month end review process.
- To manage operating expenditure and all reporting requirements.
- To perform analysis of supply chain costs and freight allocations, providing commentary where required.
- To analyse the controls transaction activities that operates in line with global processes and incorporates best practice financial controls.
- To ensure compliance with all requirements encompassing data integrity and evidence of process and accuracy.
- To ensure entities results are fully compliant with all relevant accounting standard and any other regulations.
- Act as contact point and liaison for the auditors.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, Economics or professional certificate eg. ACCA, CIMA, CPA.
- With 3-4 years working experience in Financial Accounting & Reporting, preferably in a multinational company or shared service centers.
- Proficiency in financial knowledge of analysis, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in excel & other databases, including use of advanced formulas.
- Good coordination, planning and organisation skills
