Responsibilities:
• Install, develop and maintain a system of accounts and financial records which are in compliance with established company's accounting, policies and procedures in order to ensure the accurate, consistent, and timely recording and reporting of accounting and financial data, and meet the needs of the business.• Account for any cash receipts and all disbursements.
• Provide internal financial controls for the protection of the assets of the business.• Prepare and issue all financial statements, reports, budgets, estimates, forecasts, and related statistics as required by company.
• Analyse and interpret the financial operations and trends of the business on a timely basis and provide an "early warning system" to assess the effectiveness of annual and strategic plans as they apply to company.• Develop forecasting procedures to ensure accurate and timely projections of future financial results.
• Provide financial planning tools, controls and measurements for the plant.• Provide financial advice and counsel to Plant Management on business operations, plans, budgets and forecasts.
• Review, co-ordinate and approve capital and operating budgets of company• Responsible in financial management of the sub-cons including developing and driving open book pricing reviews.
• Establish a financial organization that can effectively perform all activities essential to the plant operation.• Develop financial personnel to meet the needs of the plant and company.
• Manage the financial function in an efficient and economical manner.• Provide direction to the inventory control function to assure inventories are in concert with production plans, marketing objectives and inventory policies.
• Responsible for the operation and security of the Management Information Systems equipment, software and information as well as the efficient operation of the systems.• Co-ordinate and review insurance coverage programs with the appointed Brokers, and Corporate Risk Dept.
• Perform any other relevant and related responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as required by superior

Authorities:
Limits of authority are according to the delegated limits by company
Education:
• Degree in Finance / Accounting.
• Professional qualification from ACCA, CIMA, MICPA
• Background in industrial and managerial accounting and financial management.
• Technical accounting and financial knowledge
Experience:
• Work exposure in Professional Accounting Firms / Multi-national Companies.
• Worked with ERP system such as SAP, QAD, JDE
