- Lead the Finance & Administration team to achieve the objectives of the Company
- In charge of finance, accounting, legal and administration functions of the Company.
- Ensure operations in strict compliance with the policies of the Company, prevailing laws, and regulations at all times.
- Maintain accurate and timely accounting records and to ensure legal compliance and timely accounting and statutory reporting/filing.
- Liaise with auditors and consultants to ensure accurate and prompt taxes and other statutory reports submission to the relevant authorities.
- Prepare and submit monthly management and financial reports to the CEO and the Board of Directors.
- Coordinate with other division, compile and prepare the annual financial budget for the Company.
- Develop, review periodically and improve internal control systems to safeguard the company's assets.
- Review and control all suppliers' contracts to protect the Company's interest/benefit.
- Train staff under care to achieve satisfactory job performance.
- Work closely with other Divisions in the Company to achieve and provide excellent customer experiences, cost-effectiveness and meeting all assignment/project timelines.
- Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time.
