The Role Responsibilities
- Support vendor invoice scanning and indexing
- Verify staff reimbursement base on local Tax requirement and company internal policy
- Perform vendor invoices daily basis and monitor the status of pending issue
- Verify, analyse, investigate the resolve payable invoice discrepancies and deficiencies
- Perform monthly closing and responsible accounts reconciliations
Our Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in finance/Accounting discipline with solid accounting knowledge
- 0-1 years of financial experience,
- CET-4 or higher level. Good reading and written English are preferred
- Good team work spirit and proactive working attitude.
