At Fareportal, you'll be challenged, rewarded, and motivated to work effectively day in and day out.Fareportal is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst – To help design, develop, manage, analyze, and track business and financial performance metrics for key stakeholders across various functions and levels in the organization.Core Responsibilities Work collaboratively with executive leadership team to define the Objective Key Results (OKRs) at the corporate level, the team level, and the individual leader level each quarter to ensure alignment of priorities across the organization Support the performance team globally to set the company's annual and quarterly performance goals as well as (Key Performance Indicators) KPIs across all business units Manage the process to help individual leaders across the organization identify strategic projects (OKRs) at the department, team, and individual level that will help the Company, and teams, achieve their core KPI goals Help train leaders across the organization on the process for setting OKRs and KPIs for themselves, and for their teams, on an ongoing basis Support in putting together ideation workshops for OKRs with key leaders to help identify the most impactful projects to pursue each quarter aligned with the overall corporate strategy Rely on business acumen and support from performance team leadership to understand core KPI goals for each department and help those department leaders achieve their goals Empower and enable key leaders of the organization to set and manage their own and their team's KPIs and OKRs Manage the quarterly process to retroactively examine each department/team's performance on OKRs/KPIs by pulling the right data points from a central performance dashboard to support those reviews Help to design and manage a central performance dashboard that enables the performance team and employees at large to track performance against KPIs on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Collaborate with data science/data analytics teams to diagnose performance tracking issues and/or data discrepancies across the multiple data sources Utilize central performance dashboards to understand the key areas of improvement for the business and be able to communicate that clearly to the leadership team in the retrospectives Help execute a communication and change management plan to cascade the communication of core KPIs and OKRs down through the organization Support the launch of an employee survey to collect feedback from employees on the OKR process and deliver key insights to the performance team leadership Provide support to leaders across departments to ensure successful communication and management of performance plans As needed, support the CEO squad in ad hoc business analysis Qualifications/experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, STEM, Economics, or similar field preferred; MBA is a plus 2–4 years of work experience in Consulting, finance, or eCommerce preferred Work experience in operations, PMO, or performance–based role is a plus Experience setting and tracking OKRs and KPIs is a plus Results–oriented, self–driven individual with the ability to manage complex processes that require cross–functional buy–in Strong analytical skills and financial acumen required Comprehensive understanding of Agile environments to alignment of business results Strong ability to build cross–functional relationships to create and implement financial metrics, budgets and analysis Excellent communication skills and project / program management skills Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team building skills Advanced understanding of Excel required; SQL, Power BI and Tableau preferred nz14xSeiOn
