Job Description

IFRS and Consolidation experience is essential for this role.

You will build strong customer relationships with existing and new clients, gaining insight into their needs and delivering customer-centric solutions.

Drawing on your existing experience you will be responsible for the management of Transfer Agency planning, reviewing transactions and orders ensuring you prioritise your work commitments to achieve results.

You’ll need to be thorough in all you do, dealing with some of our more complex clients and providing direction and support to less experienced members of the team.

Compliance and regulations has never been more complex; you’ll need to ensure we comply and meet our KYC obligations with the support of the KYC team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Economics or Finance
• 4- 6 years mainly in Private Equity and Real Estate services
• AML/KYC expertise
• Languages : English – German and/or French is an advantage
