Bond Williams Accounting & Finance are recruiting an Assistant Financial Accountant for a well established manufacturing business based in the Blandford area.
Reporting to the Financial Accountant, you would have responsibility for balance sheet reconciliations, maintaining fixed asset registers, overhead reporting (actuals, budget and forecast), capital expenditure controls and reporting, assisting with VAT, CIS control, Corporation Tax returns and statutory accounting, some payroll involvement, assisting with statutory accounts preparation, budgeting, forecasting and administration of company car policy and government statistics.
You will need to have a minimum of 2 years accounts experience gained either within a large company or professional practice and be AAT qualified or actively studying CIMA or ACCA. A graduate looking to study for a professional qualification would also be considered. Strong Excel would also be required and experience of ERP systems (SAP, Navision, Oracle) would also be a distinct advantage.
