My client, an industry-leading fintech business, is looking for their next Group Accountant to drive business functions and owning controls and process improvement. Are you up to the challenge?
You will be working closely with various functions across the business, liaising with FP&A, business intelligence, and tax to name a few. You will ensure strong financial controls, exercising your excellent technical accounting knowledge to truly add value to the business.

The role:
- Understand and communicate consolidated journals to the business, ensuring understanding throughout functions
- Take a leading role in a wider group transformation project to truly bring palpable and effective change for the business
- Drive the efficiency of the group consolidated close process
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reporting for period end
- Review divisional reconciliations from individual ledgers, consolidating these for group
- Offer support and add value in reporting for period end to key stakeholders
You:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of accounting standards
- Strong consolidation experience
- Stellar communication and partnering skills
