After a major acquisition, the business has seen steady growth and has been developing their finance team since to keep up with the pace of the business. With an exciting new project on the horizon, they now require a new Commercial Finance Manager to report into a fantastic Head of Commercial Finance.

This role will be pivotal in providing sound commercial and financial advice to the business leaders and their teams, therefore experience around stakeholder management is essential for this position.

Your role will look something like this on a monthly basis with interesting new projects added along the way:-

-Drive targeted KPI's across the business, working closely on commercial strategies with various department heads, encouraging them to take some ownership of their numbers
-Create strong and robust relationships with non-finance areas in the business, in particular operations
-Assist with a multimillion pound project that the business has recently taken on, acting as the financial conscious and lead alongside the Head of Commercial Finance
-Look at profitability and cash flow across various different areas, making recommendations where these areas can be improved
-Company performance analysis on a monthly basis, presenting your findings to the Senior Management Team, advising on any areas of concern/development
-Work closely with non-finance individuals on executing changes in the company's business model
-Improve current reporting standards

You will ideally be a qualified accountant with a strong background within commercial finance with excellent experience around stakeholder management. You must be confident in making key strategic decisions with large, preferably international businesses.
