· - Improve operational efficiencies by identifying opportunities for automation and developing templates
· - Introduce and/or deploy a variety of technology, systems and analytical tools to i) assist the analysis of data and ii) simplify the review process
· - Support creative new projects, communicate findings and recommendations with engaging visuals to non-technical audiences

Skills and Attributes for Success:

· - Analytical skills: Interrogate and interpret data, spot errors or anomalies
· - Problem solving: Apply critical thinking in a methodical manner when responding to complex scenarios
· - Innovative: Bring creative solutions by joining the dots in a new way
· - Communications: Distil complex concepts into simple, concise statements

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have:

· - Experience in using Microsoft SQL for data organisation, extraction and cleaning
· - Experience with high level scripting language, Python or R are preferred
· - Experience in using data visualisation tools, Power BI or Tableau are preferred
· - Advanced Excel skills including Power Query and VBA
· - Basic knowledge of/willingness to learn Azure, Alteryx and SAP Analytics Cloud
· - Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis, research, and trends
· - Strong belief in utilizing data to make evidence-based business decisions and a commitment to accuracy and quality
· - The ability to learn and adopt new technology and systems in a fast-pace, changing landscape
· - A positive "Can Do" attitude and plenty of enthusiasm
· - A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 2+ years of working experience

Ideally, You'll Also Have :

· - Commercial experience in developing insight and solving real life business problems, using data analysis and statistical analysis (in any business domain), and presenting to non-technical audience
