A personable and motivated Credit Controller/ Debt Recovery Agent is required to join a nationwide business in Preston. The successful candidate will be liaising with clients via phone and e-mail, taking payments, setting up payment plans and discussing expenditure.

Description

Credit Controller/ Debt Recovery Agent responsibilities include:

• Dealing with Inbound and Outbound telephone calls and correspondence from customers
• Negotiating payment arrangements with customers or their authorised representatives
• Ensuring that the business remains compliant with Client and regulatory requirements
• Any other ad hoc tasks as directed by your line manager
• Ensure all legislative and client compliance requirements are met
• Ensure complaints, statutory requests and adhoc queries are handled to a high standard

Job Offer

• Salary - £16,000 - £18,000
• Monday to Friday
• 8.30am - 5pm
