About you
- Professional maturity and experience with working in Accounts Receivable
- Proven effective communication, interpersonal skills and attributes to build effective relationships with a wide variety of customers
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, to complete tasks assigned both accurately and meeting deadlines
- Ability to take instruction and action tasks supporting Debt Collection
- Ability to take instruction to investigate and action complaints both internal and external customers
- Have own vehicle and able to travel to regional victoria once in a while
