MY CLIENT A NATIONALLY RECOGNISED INDUSTRIAL COMPANY WITH ITS HEAD OFFICE BASED IN MASCOT IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERENCED COLLECTIONS OFFER TO JOIN THEIR TEAM. YOU WILL BE LOOKING AFTER A NATIONAL LEDGER OF BUSINESS ACCOUNTS AND CREATING ONGOING RELATIONSHIPS WITH THEM

ABOUT THE ROLE:

INITIALLY STARING OFF AS A 6 MONTH CONTRACT - THIS POSITION HAS BEEN CREATED FOR SOMEONE TO COME IN AND LOOK AFTER THE NEW ZEALAND ACCOUNTS ON THE COMPANY LEDGER. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • COLLECTIONS CALLS - B2B
  • INVESTIGATION OF OVERDUE INVOICES
  • WORKING CLOSELY WITH INTERNAL DEPARTMENTS & STORES
  • DEALING WITH QUERIES
  • DEBTOR COMMENTARY ON YOUR LEDGER

ABOUT YOURSELF:

  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION & RELATIONSHIP BUILDING SKILLS
  • 2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE OF BUSINESS TO BUSINESS COLLECTIONS
  • INTERMEDIATE EXCEL SKILLS
  • TEAM PLAYER & ALSO ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY
  • EXPERIENCE OF WORKING ACROSS DIFFERENT SYSTEMS
  • AVAILABLE ON 1 WEEK NOTICE
