MY CLIENT A NATIONALLY RECOGNISED INDUSTRIAL COMPANY WITH ITS HEAD OFFICE BASED IN MASCOT IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERENCED COLLECTIONS OFFER TO JOIN THEIR TEAM. YOU WILL BE LOOKING AFTER A NATIONAL LEDGER OF BUSINESS ACCOUNTS AND CREATING ONGOING RELATIONSHIPS WITH THEM
ABOUT THE ROLE:
INITIALLY STARING OFF AS A 6 MONTH CONTRACT - THIS POSITION HAS BEEN CREATED FOR SOMEONE TO COME IN AND LOOK AFTER THE NEW ZEALAND ACCOUNTS ON THE COMPANY LEDGER. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- COLLECTIONS CALLS - B2B
- INVESTIGATION OF OVERDUE INVOICES
- WORKING CLOSELY WITH INTERNAL DEPARTMENTS & STORES
- DEALING WITH QUERIES
- DEBTOR COMMENTARY ON YOUR LEDGER
ABOUT YOURSELF:
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION & RELATIONSHIP BUILDING SKILLS
- 2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE OF BUSINESS TO BUSINESS COLLECTIONS
- INTERMEDIATE EXCEL SKILLS
- TEAM PLAYER & ALSO ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY
- EXPERIENCE OF WORKING ACROSS DIFFERENT SYSTEMS
- AVAILABLE ON 1 WEEK NOTICE
