The client is a large UK based company looking for a debt recovery agent to join their fast growing team. This role is a temporary role with the potential to go permanent.
Description
The key responsibilities of the debt recovery agent will include
- Dealing with both inbound and outbound calls
- A small portion of admin work
- Business to consumer calls
-Chasing debt and reconciliations
Profile
The successful agent will have/be
- A confident telephone manner
- Desired but not essential experience in a similar role
- Pro active and organised
- Handle a heavy work load
Job Offer
A salary of £17,000-£20,000 + Holiday Pay
