Finance Manager - Supply Chain

In this position your main responsibility is to lead Finance Supply Chain to support all stakeholders for the Supply Chain Function. In this position you will report directly to the Head of Finance (EMEA)

Description

* Define and implement financial KPIs for the Supply Chain function and build a start of the art tracking system
* Be the Finance partner for the Head of Supply Chain and Senior Management
* Provide guidance to the Supply Chain Business Unit to ensure achievement of the full financial plan and targets
* Drive continuous improvement and develop strategies to help the business unit to maximize financial performance
* Be responsible for the management of 3PL partners across EMEA from a Finance point of view e.g. contract management
* Communicate and present financial data and reports to the business unit and senior management
* Manage ad hoc analysis reports and provide sound advice to support Supply Chain Management decision making
* Lead and motivate a team
* Manage the department budget
* Understanding European strategies and plans
* Excellent implementation skill (efficiency, timely, budget, quality)
* Maintain collaborative relationships with European stakeholders and local teams

Profile

* Accountancy qualification in either ACCA or CIMA
* Preferably +8 years of experience in a finance function and experience in a Supply Chain environment
* Strong system skills
* Commercial understanding of a consumer goods company
* Exposure to General Accounting and Statutory Accounts desirable but not essential
