Due to recent growth we are currently recruiting for an Accountant to join a leading independent firm of chartered accountants in Leicester. The ideal candidate will need to be strong technically and have impeccable communication skills as there will be lots of client engagement within the role.
The role:
· Statutory accounts for a portfolio of clients
· Acting as a contact for the clients
· business tax computations
· Preparing management accounts
· Assisting with Audits
· Training and supervising junior members of staff
Skills required:
· Minimum of AAT qualified
· 3 years practice experience
· Ability to maintain and build strong relationships with new and existing clients
· Ability to work to deadline and within budget
· Previous experience leading a team and training juniors.
