Description

This role is reporting in to the Finance Manager.

The duties include:

  • Processing invoices and credits through P2P system
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders
  • Supplier statements reconciliations
  • Payment runs
  • General banking and taking payments
  • Dealing with supplier queries

Profile

The successful candidate MUST:

  • Have experience working in a similar role - Essential
  • Be confident and able to build strong internal relationships - Essential
  • Have worked on a P2P system and three way matching - Desirable
  • Be a strong communicator with a strong attention to detail - Essential

Job Offer

This role is looking to pay from £18,000 to £20,000 per annum + Parking + Pension + Discounts
