岗位职责：
• Assist in annual budgeting and quarterly forecast development, planning,implementation and variance evaluation to ensure the whole process runs smoothly协助年度预算和季度预测的准备，执行工作，对后续的实际差异进行跟踪，确保我们整个流程是有效的
• Participate in inventory cycle counting and annual counting, verify the reason of variance and make improvement plan 参与库存循环盘点和年终盘点，验证盘点差异原因，制定改善计划
• Be responsible for inventory provisions as group policy按照集团政策进行存货减值计提
• Be responsible for capex固定资产管理工作
• Monthly warehouse walks月度仓库参观，确保出库收货特殊交易符合公司的流程
• Job cost variance analysis and proactively identify and resolve issues in the variance analysis process工单成本差异分析，积极的发现解决差异分析过程中发现的问题
• Weekly STD Cost maintain and quarterly standard cost verification每周进行标准成本维护，每个季度对标准成本的准确性进行验证和挑战
• Other task assigned by manager经理安排的其他工作
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件:
• Bachelor degree,Major in Finance or related 学士学位，财务及相关专业
• 5 years costing related experience 5年成本工作经验
• Good English skill both in writing and oral 良好的英语说写能力
• Good Excel skill 良好的excel能力
