We are currently working with an expanding distribution business in Normanton who are looking to appoint a Financial Controller to join their business. This is a newly created position and requires a driven individual to take ownership of the finance department as it expands.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the small finance team and take a hands on approach in producing timely and accurate financial information for the Finance Director. Duties will include; preparing and developing the monthly management accounts pack, analysis, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow analysis, as well as ad hoc projects supporting the Finance Director in the strategic aspects of the business.
The successful candidate will be focussed on systems and process improvements and be keen to make positive changes in automation to ensure the business is working as proficiently as possible. The right candidate will possess relevant experience in the afore mentioned areas and will be either ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
You will be forward thinking and ambitious and want to make a difference in a dynamic, growing organisation.
