The Purchase ledger role is start to finish Purchase Ledger. You will process around 400 invoices a week and will reconcile supplier statement and support the finance manager with month end procedures.

Client Details

The client is a national organisation close to Cardiff City Centre. They are based close to Cardiff's main train stations, and have off site parking. You will part of large finance team who are always looking for people who are eager to learn and develop.

Description

As a Purchase Ledger Clerk you would be:

  • Matching PO's
  • Paying Suppliers
  • Answering any queries from Suppliers
  • Reconciling Supplier Statements

Profile

The successful candidate for the Purchase Ledger Clerk role will:

  • Have worked on the Purchase Ledger previously
  • Ideally have worked with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Sage
  • Have manufacturing, construction or high volume invoicing experience
  • Be available on short notice
