They are looking for someone on a temporary to permanent basis, meaning that the candidate will be paid on an hourly rate to begin with and then will be moved onto a permanent contract through the company.

Description

The key responsibilities for this Accounts Assistant (from a media company) are:

• Bank reconciliations
• Processing invoices
• Assisting with month end
• Accruals and prepayment
• Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations
• Credit card expenses
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Dealing with queries
• Accountancy

Profile

The successful candidate for this Accountancy role will have 2-3 years experience working with a media company. Ideally this candidate will be on a 2 week notice period or less, and be available to interview.
