Finance Analyst

As Finance Analyst you will be responsible for producing the monthly results for a subsidiary company, as well as producing high level analysis and adding value to non-finance.

Description

As Finance Analyst you will be responsible for:

- Completing the month-end process for the business including journal entries

- Providing in-depth analysis including identifying low margin products / areas and highlighting and making recommendations to the business based on findings

- Forecasting on a monthly basis to assist with budgeting

- Business Partnering with those in the business outside of finance

Profile

You will be a Qualified or Qualified by Experience candidate with experience of carrying out analysis from a revenue perspective. You must therefore have experience in a product / service led business and be able to demonstrate strong Excel skills including dealing with large volumes of data.

You must be able to offer advice to non-finance minded people, and therefore have strong communication skills.

This is initially a 12 month Fixed Term Contract role, but my client can wait for someone on a 1 month notice period.
