Responsibilities:
- To update and maintain over all record of Bank’s Finance of the company
- Bank Financing Handling /Dealings
- Supervise and deal the Income tax and Sales tax cases of the company.
- Review Corporate Tax, Income tax and Sales returns of the company.
- Land Purchase handling and maintaining record
- Handling / dealing with Tax Returns of Director / Chief Executive of the company
- Secretarial Jobs & Corporate affairs and to act as company secretary
- Liaison with Chamber of Commerce regarding company concerns
- Liaise and deal with different government departments like WAPDA, SNGPL, FBR etc regarding company matters.
- oversee the Legal Cases of the company and to engage the legal Advisor for the cases.
- Review of Bank Financial Documentations
- Valuations of Projects
- Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues.
