Our client are a well-established and growing Distribution operation based in South Leeds, They have an immediate opportunity for an experienced and Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent Financial Controller, ideally with Group reporting experience - To join them for an initial 3 month interim assignment.
The role will take responsibility for the smooth day to day running of the Finance team, with involvement in the preparation of the monthly reporting and overseeing all transactional areas and reporting. It will also take a lead on ongoing systems improvements, requiring strong working knowledge of Sage line 200. There will also be the opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects across the business.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical accounting capabilities, excellent systems skills - experience of implementations would be useful. You will also demonstrate a strong team ethic and sleeves rolled up approach. There will be limited travel required with this role.
