Finance Analyst

My client are a leading professional services firm based in South West London who are looking for a Finance Analyst to join their commercial team. With global presence and a great brand in their field, this is a chance to work for an established business.

The role as Finance Analyst will report into the FP&A Manager and take on some of the following tasks: ensure accurate month end management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, balance sheet reconciliations and providing variance analysis. You will also act as a key business partner with teams outside of the finance team to ensure accurate data is reported and can help improve costs where necessary. The role does involve some audit preparation and assistance with statutory accounts however this is small part of the role.

The right candidate for this role will be qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) and can demonstrate strong management accounts experience and commercial skills. You will need to have a good level of excel to manipulate data from their accounting system to excel and work with large spreadsheets on a daily basis.
You will need to be confident and come across as someone eager to learn and happy to take on new responsibilities when necessary.
