Investigo have partnered with a large property business based in Hemel Hempstead to recruit for a full time Finance Analyst on a 2-year contract basis with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate. Paying up to £36,000 depending on experience.
This position is responsible for providing in depth finance analysis- by analysing financial results, trends and KIP's to determine effectiveness, identify ricks and help future performance. You will also be assisting the management accountant with month and year end processes.

This position is responsible for providing in depth finance analysis- by analysing financial results, trends and KIP's to determine effectiveness, identify ricks and help future performance. You will also be assisting the management accountant with month and year end processes.
Key responsibilities; -
- Providing insightful financial analysis- using large volumes of data from different sources, identifying trends, patterns and anomalies
- Create reports and present financial analysis to internal stakeholders
- Financial modelling and scenario planning to support decision making and enhance business performance
- Supporting other finance ad-hoc analyses and projects
- Assisting the Management Accountant with the production of timely divisional monthly management accounts within & providing commentary as required
- Review financial management information alongside the Management Accountant on a regular basis
- Assist the Senior Management Accountant in the creation of the annual budget
- Assisting the Senior Management Accountant with the preparation of the Association's Annual Accounts and Financial Statement
- Any other adhoc duties as and when required
The ideal candidate; -
- Have experience in financial planning and analysis
- Be studying towards CIMA or ACCA
- Exceptional excel knowledge
- Taking ownership of tasks
- You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
