Key Responsibilities:
- Running credit checks on customers and companies.
- Opening accounts for new customers
- Processing cheques
- Allocating cash
- Dealing with customer queries or credit notes
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Processing VAT returns
- Approving invoices
- Coding, matching and batching invoices
- Answering calls from supplier and customers
Profile
Successful Candidate:
- Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal
- Excellent Excel skills - V look ups & Pivot Tables
- Actively studying or looking to study ACCA/CIMA
