About the Role:

My client is one of the leading Financial Planning Group's here in Perth and they are currently seeking a Senior Paraplanner with at least 3+ years' experience in the related industry. Ideally you will have Charter Financial planning experience and the ability to build strong working relationships with the Financial Planners in the company.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with advisors to deliver strategies in order to meet clients' needs
• Research and preparation of insurance quoting and product comparison
• The ability to demonstrate skills in SOA and ROA construction and modelling using Xplan
• Provide compliant advice documents across a diverse client base
• Understanding of industry regulations around superannuation, investment, retirement, tax, risk management and social security
• Preparation of advice documents
• Ensuring all notes, files and facts are documented in an accurate and structured manner

To be successful:

• At least 3+ years' experience as a Paraplanner
• Advance Diploma and/or Diploma of Financial Services or a Degree in the related fields will be highly desirable
• Chartered Financial Planning experience will be highly desirable
• Xtools+ experience and profound knowledge of modelling complex strategies
• Ability to collaborate with several advisors
• Exceptional written and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Produce accurate SOAs/ROAs
• Ability to communicate complex concepts in an appealing manner to a varied audience
