The business has delivered double digit growth for the past 4 years without exception. They have completed significant UK acquisitions in the past 2 years and are taking an increasing market share within their lucrative niche. The growth has attracted PE backing / investment and the business is poised for continued and sustained expansion.
They have a new role for an ambitious qualified accountant. You will be someone with drive and ambition with a genuine keenness to develop your skills and move up the chain of command in your career. The natural next step is to become FC and it is hoped that will happen in the next 24 months (maximum).
You will manage a small and cohesive team and ensure the management accounts / board pack is produced in a timely fashion. You will ensure the P&L is delivered with a meaningful commentary, forecasting is accurate and well thought through, the balance sheet is accurate and credible.
You will also play a key role in providing real time and insightful management information / KPI reporting to allow visibility of business area performance.
You will enjoy shedding light on margins, profit streams, costs across the group, subsidiary and product performance, variances to budget and market trends.
A very broad, business facing role supported by a highly credible and ambitious Group FC.

You will need:
- A formal qualification (ACCA / CIMA).
- An excellent track record of success as a Management Accountant / Senior MA / Finance Manager.
- Superb analytical skills and an ability to provide and present insightful reporting to non finance directors.
- Confident communication skills.
- A hands on approach.
