Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for running month end, invoices, journals, sales and records.
- Operation and management of all financial information and filing systems.
- Oversee monthly printouts and finances.
- Monitor and report variances in income and expenditure.
- Overseeing all purchase/sales ledger administration.
- Ensure all month end procedures and reconciliations are posted.
- Payroll journals.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Debtor & creditor controls.
- Produce relevant financial reports & budget reports.
Profile
Successful Candidate:
- Strong communications skills - both written & verbal
- Strong computer skills
