Working from the Bury St. Edmunds site the Management Accountant be assisting the Finance Manager with the budget and cash-flow forecasting processes alongside ownership of the month end processes and production of management accounts.

Description

The Management Accountant will be responsible for:

• Assist the Finance Manager with the preparation and review of monthly and annual management accounts
• Support with the budgeting and cash-flow forecasting processes
• Deliver enhancements to the financial reporting alongside internal system reports
• Provide advice and analysis for the management team as needed
• Produce detailed P&L and variance analysis reports
• Act in a business partnering capacity to the wider departments in the business, helping to drive business decisions
• Establish and manage relationships with global suppliers and internal managers

Profile

The ideal candidate for the Management Accountant will be:

• A progressive and forward thinking candidate
• ACCA/CIMA part-qualified
• Confident user of Excel with broad systems exposure
• Confident in building and maintaining key internal and external stakeholder relationships
• A proven track record in producing detailed reports and analysis
