An exciting opportunity for an actively studying Development Analyst to provide financial support to the Sales and Development team of one of the UK's biggest housing organisation.
Client Details
One of the biggest housing organisation's in the South East this organisation provides over 90,000 across the region.
Description
The successful Development Analyst will be actively studying towards ACCA or CIMA and responsible for the following duties.
- Provide Variance Analysis across the business
- Liaise with key stakeholders across the business
- Assist with the Management Accounts
- Manage budgets and calculate forecasts for a range of projects.
Profile
The successful Development Analyst will be actively studying ACCA or CIMA and have exposure to dealing with key stakeholders. Experience within the housing sector is desired but essential.
Job Offer
A salary of between £35,000 and £45,000 plus benefits.
