Responsibilities

  1. Generate leads trough identifying prospective customers who need websites design and development Service.
  2. Meet or exceeding sales goals set for website sales.
  3. Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients
  4. Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations for new customers seeking our website design and development services.
  5. Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients, show casing whey our web development services are the best.
  6. Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs to ensure they get to sell our web design and development services.
  7. Understand fully and promote all company programs.
  8. Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders for our website design snd development customers
  9. Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  10. Maintain client records.
  11. Developing effective sales plans utilizing sales methodology to achieve maximum sale of Web design and development services
  12. Providing support to customers, offering clear advice and solutions     wherever possible

Qualifications

 

Diploma/degree in sales or related field will be an added advantage

  1. At least 1-2 years’ experience in sales in similar field
  2. Consistent track record in achieving sales targets
  3. Excellent planning and organizational skills
  4. Self – motivated, confident and outgoing personality
  5. Ability to multi-task and get things done to completion
  6. A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  7. Excellent networking and prospecting skills
  8. Strong account management skills
  9. To be trust worthy, of good standing, be clean and presentable and be driven to succeed
  10. Be confident in front of customers and also be good-natured and prepared to get their head down and complete tasks in full when asked and as needed.
  11. Proficient in computer operation especially MS word, excel and PowerPoint and be enthusiastic and able to learn fast.  Other IT skills like twitter and Facebook marketing will be an advantage. 
  12. Being able to run a sales forecast is essential
