Page Personnel have an excellent 8 months contract available for an immediately available purchase ledger clerk, to join a SME business in Trafford. The role will be for a maximum of 25 hours per week, with complete flexibility as to which days/hours you work.

Description
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be reporting to the Finance Manager, responsible for full end-to-end accounts payable and supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Processing invoices
- Processing weekly payment runs
- Resolving queries via telephone and email
- Occasional chasing debt over the phone
- Administrative duties
Profile
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be immediately available for work- Essential
- Have previous experience within purchase ledger- Essential
- Have working knowledge of Sage Line 50- Desirable
- Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written- Essential
