Position Purpose
To provide high quality and stable Rental & Leasing operation service to CN & HK markets. The main contents include:
• Setup Rental & Leasing operation strategy and related implement plan
• Develop and manage Rental & Leasing operation team to achieve the target business goals, and ensure 100% control and compliance
• To identify and take the action to avoid the potential risk
• To lead and drive continuous improvement operation excellence

Key customer: MCCL& Market

Principal Accountabilities
In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:
Strategy (20%)
1-1 Develops strategy and established policy of Rental & Leasing process
1-2 Identifies the detail strategic implemental plan to ensure the achievement of the target business goal

Planning & Budget (5%)
2-1 Develops and proposes annual Rental & Leasing operation budget (operation cost, HC plan) according to the business plan
2-2 Optimizes the approved budget to better achieve the business target

Operation Management (30%)
3-1 Monitors and assures achievement of annual operating budget and key performance metrics.
3-2 Monitors to assure achievement of customer service requirements as defined by both formal Service Level Agreements as well as Customer Satisfaction(Net Promoter Surveys)
3-3 Assures that the appropriate internal control environment and SOX compliance are maintained along with compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements.
3-4 Accountable for assuring successful implementation of standard Rental & Leasing processes and enabling related technology.
3-5 Drives continuous improvement program, promote and manage the functional improvement project, and coordinate with other function heads to implement the BSC whole business improvement project

Team Management (20%)
4-1 Mentors and coaches direct reports and assist direct reports in managing their teams.
4-2 Implements formal career path and succession plans in conjunction with the BSC talent management program to identify and develop key talent for future roles.
4-3 Assures achievement of all objectives related to workforce management, including turnover, talent development, employee engagement, etc.
