Accounts Payable Manager - FTC

Seeking an experienced and energetic Accounts Payable Manager to join a dynamic and top tier professional organisation on a 12 month FTC. This role will be responsible for managing an onsite team and offshore team in Manilla and be responsible for the companies invoicing requirements. This role will also be geared towards implementing new process improvements as the company transitions their invoice process and be the main POC for invoice escalations. Ideally you will have experience in a similar level experience, have strong AP experience and be systems savvy and have an eye for process improvements and implementing changes.

The Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for:

• Full function Accounts Payable - processing a high volume of invoices daily (>100)
• Follow up with key customer clients and ensuring SLA's are met.
• Escalations and systems specialist
• Managing onsite and offshore AP team.
• Processing bank reconciliations and payment authorisations
• Providing high level customer service
• Ad hoc tasks as necessary

The right person for the role will:

• Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role
• High volume full function Accounts Payable experience
• Microsoft Dynamics experience will be highly regarded however is not essential
• Have exceptional communication skills
• Ability to build rapport across the business and engage with different stakeholders
