Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly expanding SME organisation based near Crawley who are looking to bring in a Head of Finance for an initial 6 month fixed term contract, with the potential to go permanent.

Key responsibilities include:
- Complete the monthly management accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Monthly forecasting & board reports
- Manage a team of 3 accounts assistants
- Ensure compliance with appropriate IFRS
Experience/qualifications:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified preferred but would consider qualified by experience
- Worked in an SME organisation
- Previous team management
- Able to pull together highly detailed reports
- Advanced Excel skills
