This role will be responsible to assess the existence and efficiency of internal controls in the organization Based on such assessment necessary recommendations to improve the control environment shall be devised and codriven with business for implementation Deploy Group guidelines and methodology on Internal Control inside the entity 3 Main Role and Responsibilities Ensure Rollout appropriation of Internal Control Methodology Group Referential Ensure controls enforced are efficient to secure reliability of financials When there are changes in the Group Referential or new risks locally identified the local description on controls to be reinforced Develop and manage the testing planning to achieve it in terms of timing and quality Guarantee testing sheets descriptions are value added to cover the risks
