Description

You will join as a client facing senior accountant or Client Manager, dependent on your level of experience and background, mouldable to fit around the right person. Overtime you will provide a right hand support to the Management team and carve a key role in this growing firm.

The firm has a significant chunk of sole traders and smaller element of larger limited companies. Clients are very varied in industry sector and turnovers. The firm has a very client service focused and client facing approach and the successful individual will have the opportunity to benefit from this, dealing directly with clients, so you will get opportunity to build client relationships offering a service beyond a pure compliance, technical accounting angle, presenting a chance to develop as a more all round advisory and accounting professional and become a trusted advisor to your clients.

Alongside the client service side , there will be the hands on accounts preparation, bookkeeping, management accounts, VAT, payroll and potential for involvement in tax, both personal and corporate, preparing tax returns for this varied client base.

Profile

You will be ACA/ACCA qualified as a client facing senior accountant or client manager, delivering hands on all around accounts/tax and wider ranging services to varied clients, with a career background developed within the accountancy practice sector, working for a small/medium/large independent, or larger Top 50/Mid Tier firm background. Ideally you will have knowledge of SAGE, Xero, Quickbooks and/or other software and be looking for a career opportunity with progression prospects on offer and chance to develop your career further following qualification.

Job Offer

£30,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable
