Key responsibilities of the Financial Accountant:
- Year-end closedown
- Stakeholder management
- Analysis and interpretation of complex financial information
- Budget planning and forecasting
- Ad hoc project support
Profile
The successful Financial Accountant will have demonstratable experience of closure of accounts within a local authority, solid technical understanding and able to communicate comprehensive support to all levels of management. Due to the requirements of this role candidates must have previous experience in a similar setting.
Job Offer
For the successful candidate there is a daily rate of circa £400 per day and an opportunity to enhance knowledge of finance within a Public Sector and Government organisation.
