Finance Analyst/Senior Finance Analyst

Job Description :

• Manage full set of accounts, includes general accounting, account receivable and taxes.  He/She will work closely with Sales and Operations teams to manage invoicing operations and issues, Account Payable team on logistic cost transactions.
• Prepare and issue sales invoices to customers and inter company in accordance to internal control guidelines, tax and contract documents. Daily entry of financial transactions in accounting system accurately and timely.
• Perform end month account analysis and reconciliation to ensure all collections, invoices and adjustments reflected in customer ledger accurately.
• Monitor accounts receivables for non-payments and follow up with outstanding amount receivable and address any dispute or queries from customers in an efficient and professional manner.
• Month end closing & reporting - Collection report, Receivables aging report, Statement of Accounts, Project progress billing, SST reconciliation.
• To control & monitor work processes and procedures to ensure compliance with Company’s guideline and policy.
• Record management - Organize filing in systematic and complete manner
• Adhoc - process improvement, company wide initiatives.

Essential Requirements:

• Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA) or recognized Degree in Finance, Business , Accounting or Economics with 1-3 years related experience
• Experienced working in computerized accounting environment.
• Possess strong sense of responsibility, integrity, able to work under pressure and result oriented while maintaining good relationship with team members.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be added advantage
• Hands on, dynamic, pro-active and self motivated and being a team player.
