Qualification: C.A.

Experience: 2 Yrs.++

Domain Knowledge: 2 years to 9 years of experience as Accountant in Accounting / Finance mandatory
Checklist: Required
Must have experienced with CA consulting firm (Post CA) or any manufacturing company
Checklist: Required
Must have Internal / Statutory / Bank/ Stock/ Sox / Tax Audit experience with any Accounting Auditor company

Job Description

Conduct Internal and Operational Audits
Identification of risk and cost reduction opportunities for our clients
Recommend measures for improving efficiency, productivity and reducing costs
To review the Business process and internal controls
Use various analytical tools and rating indices to evaluate and benchmark processes and environment in Client organisations
Be in client facing role and excel in managing team resources
Leverage on relationship and contribute to business development initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile
CA (from CA firms or Industry) with relevant post qualification experience
Well experienced in Internal Audit / Operational Audit assignments
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Good presentation and communication skills

Willing to travel in Gujarat / India
Ability to manage at least 5 - 6 clients simultaneously
Adaptability to various working environment will be an advantage tax

Communication: Required
Excellent English skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write
: Required Fluent Marathi skills - Ability to Speak

Salary (CTC) : 4 lacs to 8 Lacs P.A.
