Job Description:
1. Responsible for all round financial management and company secretarial duties of the HK listed company, and coordinate with groups business in other countries e.g. PRC
2. Closely work with the board, and responsible for handling and coordiation of internal management and external affairs
Requirements:
1. More than 10 years experience in managing allfinance aspects, in which 5 years in a role of finance director or controller in HK listed companies
2. Minimum 5 years experience in a role of Company Secretary in Hong Kong listed company
3. CFA / HKICPA/ ACCA, HKICS professional qulifications are required
4. Solid knowledge and experience in financialaccounting, corporate governance, audit, taxation, investment and relevant law and regulations
5. Familir with Hong Kong and international accounting standards, Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules
6. Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
