Are you an experience Business Analyst seeking a new challenge?
Macquarie's retail banking group is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and assist with the implementation of Comprehensive Credit Reporting (CCR) across our credit products including credit cards, residential home loans and retail motor vehicle leasing. The CCR team are responsible for implementing the new methodology into business processes and supplying data to the credit bureaux.
The Credit team works in collaboration with our sales, product, customer journey, technology and communications teams to optimise business opportunities within clearly understood and acceptable risk parameters. BFS Credit maintains close working ties with the Bank's central risk management group relating to the development of risk acceptance criteria and risk governance.
With extensive experience in process reengineering and applying business process and customer experience lens to data driven projects, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining business requirements and business processes including review, signoff and variations. You will also be charged with co-ordinating and conducting relevant workshops with key stakeholders, whilst identifying, analysing and documenting operational processes which are impacted due to requirements or in order to meet the business objectives.
Banking and Financial Services comprises our retail banking and financial services businesses. The group operates predominantly in Australia and is organised into four business divisions: Personal Banking, Wealth Management, Business Banking and Macquarie Leasing. We provide personal banking, wealth management, business banking and vehicle and equipment leasing products and services to retail customers, advisers, brokers, dealer groups and businesses.
