会计经理 Accounting Manager Responsibilities:--负责维护SAP中会计系统和工作流程，确保交易正常进行，保障公司财产安全Responsible for the set of SAP accounting systems and work processes for Accounting Dept, ensuring transactions are captured correctly and safeguarding assets of company--监管财务流程，确保符合美国通用会计准则和中华人民共和国会计标准，处理日常财务事务Supervise financial accounting processes and controls to ensure compliance with US GAAP and PRC Accounting Standards, managing daily financial issues--管理月度，季度，年度的财政结算，确保及时准确的向股东汇报Manage the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial close process; ensuring timely and accurate reporting to shareholders--根据企业内部管理，评估和改进资产负债表科目和流水分录Review and approve reconciliation of balance sheet items and journal entries in compliance with good internal controls--负责管理年终审计，确保在规定的截至日前正确的准时的提交财政报告，负责所有的股东要求的内部审计Manage year end audit process, ensuring correct and on time delivery of financials by the stated deadline and manage all financial internal audit process/requirements from shareholders--积极领导流程改进，确保在各部门内实施切实有效的财务流程，协助CFO/副CFO确保内部流程改进的顺利进行Actively lead process improvements to ensure efficient and effective financial process with all functions, and assisting CFO/Deputy CFO in ensuring internal control compliance, process improvements--根据法定和税收标准和报告要求负责所有法定和税务申报的工作Responsible for all statutory and tax filings, ensuring compliance with statutory and tax standards and reporting requirements--与公司外的相关单位建立良好关系，包括税务局，银行，审计，股东的财政部门，和其他管理机构Have good relationships with external parties, including tax bureau, banks, auditors, finance dept of shareholders, any other regulatory bodies--管理一个会计师团队，并向他们提供指导Manage a team of accountants providing guidance and coaching to team members Requirements :-- Bachelor degree and above本科或以上学历--Min 6 years related working experience with 2 years of accounting manager experience至少6年相关工作经验 （包括2年会计经理工作经验）--Experience from Telecom or similar service industry will be advantage如有电信业或类似服务行业经验优先--Min 3 years experience with professional accounting firm至少3年专业会计事务所工作经验，有会计工作证--良好的英语听说能力Must be able to speak and write English--优秀的会计知识基础Strong technical foundation in accounting--熟练使用SAP系统Strong SAP skills and knowledge 有兴趣者请直接发送简历至: info@tri-wins.com
