FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING – (POSITION 1)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly and year-end financial accounts accurately
  • Conduct the month-end process and necessary reconciliations for the entity within the timelines
  • Conduct timely financial reporting: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow Statement
  • Deliver required management reports including analysis and commentary
  • Conduct variance analysis and reconciliations such as Budget vs. Actual Variances, Balance Sheet and report on the same
  • Maintain the Fixed Asset register
  • Review the information prepared by the outsourced teams for annual tax returns
  • Work closely with the external audit team
  • Assist in developing and integrating new processes
  • Assist with the continuous improvement initiatives within the Finance Department and implement best practices
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
  • Treasury Management
  • Monitoring and management of AR and AP functions

TREASURY – (POSITION 2)

Responsibilities

  • Treasury Management
  • Monitoring and management of AR and AP functions
  • Constant Debtor Follow up & Clearing of Balances
  • Weekly Operational Cashflow Generation & Follow-up
  • Working Capital Management & Reporting
  • Assist with the continuous improvement initiatives on working capital management.

INVENTORY – (POSITION 3)

Responsibilities

  • Follow up and finalized monthly Inventory provisions and reconciliation for Over/Under Provisions.
  • Ensure the group policies & IFRS followed when carrying out inventory related activities
  • Ensure to keep the Inventory levels and Inventory days within the target to manage the working capital threshold.
  • Finalize material cost for monthly financial Accounts and ensure timeliness /accuracy
  • Coordinate the overall process of Physical Stock verification across the group
  • On time submission of the inventory schedules
  • Drive the write off reduction projects and minimize RM write off through continuous follow up with customer/procurement teams

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Qualified or part qualified in either CIMA, CA, ACCA or a similar qualification
  • Should have at least 1 ½  years of experience in a similar role
