Objectives of the Position •Operation Planning and budget analysis•Steering inter-company transfer pricing and material cost control•Coordinate and support cbFC system implementation•Production profitability analysis and business case simulationTask Description• Product costing process and cbFC system set up and maintenance- Design MBPM product costing module and process in cbFC system to ensure the financial result is correctly reflecting the production process- Lead cbFC system process implementation and enhancement from business side, define customized system change requests with the support from IT and cbFC central- cbFC key user and coordinator for product costing monthly and yearly closing system operation• Product costing process implementation and maintenance- Collaborate and reconcile with business units in order to implement accurate value flows in a highly integrated product costing environment- Define new Product launch profitability analysis, Reman SOP business scenario evaluation, make or buy calculation- Lead production teams for setup the overhead rate calculation methodology and strict control selling below cost• Budget planning and Actual monitoring- Supervise, monitor and lead OP/EA processes & procedures, focusing on product costing topics. Define together with business departments planning premises, set target- Perform planning calculation, evaluate result and analyze deviations• Pricing process and master data- Define cross entity working model and pricing process with internal and external parties-Coordinate counterparties to ensure transfer pricing resales minutes approach implementation. Define the price level, provide reference transfer price to suppliers, control material cost and timely monitor the price level and trend to ensure align with transfer price regulation- Accurately manual upload the price to cbFC and follow the 4-eyes• Business case and long-term planning- Derive business case calculation, evaluate result, and propose solution, report reliable financial information to support management decisionQualification required •Education- Bachelor's degree in finance/ accounting or business related subjects (Master's degree, ACCA, CFA or CPA preferred)•Experiences- 5 -7 years working experience is needed. Past working experience in production/manufacturing plant is preferred- Experience in manufacturing plant in costing function and cbFC system preferred•Specific Knowledge- Fluent in both Chinese and English, German language skills beneficiary- Strong communication/presentation skills required.- IT skills/affinity in handling of data (e. g. Excel, PowerPoint)- Motivated and Flexible. Caring for details.
