Manage tax compliance requirements for China entities, lead tax operations and tax audits, provide advice and directions on tax issues and merger/liquidation projects, implement external tax policy update, prepare tax analysis on tax risks and seize opportunities for tax saving.Prepare and review monthly/quarterly tax filings including both direct and indirect taxes, lead the annual tax filing process;Prepare and review monthly tax reconciliations;Prepare and review monthly and quarterly Group level tax accounting and reporting according to the IFRS and PRC GAAP.Preparation and collection of transfer pricing documentations.Manage tax compliance requirements with prevailing PRC tax laws and regulations.Prepare tax analysis and tax health check for each entity to minimize tax riskLead tax audit process.Provide advice and direction on tax issues and support merger or liquidation projects;Work closely with accounting team on tax payment estimation and tax plan.Learn and research new tax regulations, implement new tax regulation and policy in the company ;Perform other any duties assigned by supervisor.Skills & Knowledge:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Auditing.Minimum 6 years tax related experience major on corporate income tax; public accounting firm experience or big MNC in-house tax experience is preferred.Familiar with China tax regulations and policies, good knowledge on transfer pricing.Good accounting knowledge, have accounting experience is a plus.Good at tax planning, have big tax projects experience is preferred.SAP experience is a plus.Proficient in both written and spoken English.Behavioural Competencies:Results driven, steadfastly pushes self and others for results.Action oriented, highly self-motivated to work independently and have a "hands on"attitude.Strong quantitative, analytical, research, problem-solving and organization skillsGood communication skills, act as team player and is cooperative.Formoreinformation,pleasevisitwww.konecranes.com公司提供有完善的福利待遇和完善的培训体系以及充足的个人发展空间，更多详情，请登陆网站www.konecranes.com简历投递邮箱：recruitmentchina.dou@konecranes.com联系电话：021-26061001
