We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing Business Unit Finance team. Are you someone who is passionate about providing insightful information to help drive business decisions and create value? Someone who gets excited about working closely within a team (but is comfortable working independently) will be a great fit as we are a highly collaborative organization.

Ready to get excited! As a member of the Business Unit Finance team, in this new Sr. Financial Analyst position you will partner directly with our business, functional, and/or regional teams; acting as a liaison between the business and finance organization; representing the link between our operational and strategic goals and their financial impact.

You should be very comfortable with standard reporting (P/L, OE, CAPEX, Cost Savings, Inventory, NPI, and Strategic Planning), and have a keen interest in the operations of a business along with strong finance, communication, and partnership skills.

  • Demonstrated, progressive experience in Financial Analysis performing forecasting, budgeting, and analysis in the for–profit industry (global manufacturing, B2B experience a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
  • Understanding of full P&L including manufacturing operations and supply chain
  • Experience identifying and driving value through analytics and process improvements
  • Independently motivated, a collaborative teammate with an affinity for adapting to different situations and personalities, and the ability to influence a leadership group
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Power BI)
  • Experience with business systems (ERP and Business Intelligence tools; Oracle, Essbase, and Hyperion)
  • Multi–country currency experience, a plus
  • Knowledge and application of accounting principles including financial statements, costing, and fixed assets
